Positive change doesn’t happen with the flick of a switch, if only it were that simple! I’ve experienced the overwhelm of everyday stresses, increased anxiety, health concerns, financial worries, and the yearning for something more in life. One day, I made a conscious decision: I needed to change if I wanted to feel more fulfilled, satisfied, and in control.
I began regularly asking myself, “Is this a mindful move?” before taking action, while also considering how my choices would impact others and contribute to society and the environment. This shift led me to better decision-making, significant improvements in my physical and mental health, and enhanced relationships with those around me.
I’ve adopted a sustainable lifestyle that not only enriches my life but also strengthens my relationships, whilst contributing to communities and a healthier planet. I want to help you to do the same.

What is Lifestyle Medicine?
Lifestyle Medicine focuses on how our daily habits; what we eat, how we move, and how we rest, impact our long-term health. Research shows that by focusing on these foundations, we can better support the body in managing or reducing the risk of chronic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, and Anxiety.
